Lisa Wang
Principal
Lisa is an experienced bilingual corporate lawyer based in Perth. She is also a NAATI certified English/Chinese translator.
Lisa was educated both in China and in Australia. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Lisa has strong cross-cultural business communication and strategic planning skills and has experience in a variety of different cross-border transactions. This makes her an ideal person for project managing corporate transactions as she is capable of providing effective legal and commercial assistance and advice to clients while managing work progress and timetables for all parties involved. Prior to setting up her own practice in Subiaco, Lisa worked in both boutique corporate law firms and a national firm in Perth, Western Australia.

Xuekun Li
Consultant (Governance)
Xuekun is a chartered company secretary and a qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in financial accounting and corporate governance. She worked as an audit manager at the China practice of a big-four international accounting firm where she was involved in audits both for periodic financial reporting and for initial public offerings. She relocated to and commenced her career in Australia in 2006. She is an executive at L.X.K. Consulting, a Perth-based accounting and corporate services business. Her past experience include being company secretary of ASX-listed Energy Metals Limited (ASX:EME).
